1. Client Interaction:

b. Late Arrival: Clients should arrive on time for their appointments. We will do our best to accommodate late clients, but we may need to shorten the treatment if it affects the schedule of other clients.

c. Cancellation and Rescheduling: We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. We may charge a fee for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
